  <title>Entry 1: Starting at the Beginning</title>

  <description>Why hello thar! Welcome to the introduction post of Byaggha&apos;s Loss, a journal of weight loss and personal development. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There used to be several entries here from years back when I was trying to get down to 145. I did manage that, and kept most of it off for a good two years, but stress-eating habits and nursing school have piled back on a significant chunk of the 70 pounds I had lost. I don&apos;t want to stay here. I barely fit the pants I own now, and that has to change - I don&apos;t have money for new ones, and I don&apos;t want to buy them anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So! Here we are. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This journal will contain occasional tips, rants, feelings and the like as I try and whip my own ass - and self esteem, and mind - into shape. I&apos;ll probably log things like excersie routines, food, and article links/article text for things that interested me and helped me out. It&apos;ll also have reminders to self and the like, so if you don&apos;t get it, just ask. I&apos;ll explain. Please feel free to post things here as well, in comments. Your tips, recipes and the like are welcome as well!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This journal will be friends locked aside from this post, so if you want in, please leave a message on this post and let me know.</description>
