Why hello thar! Welcome to the introduction post of Byaggha's Loss, a journal of weight loss and personal development.
There used to be several entries here from years back when I was trying to get down to 145. I did manage that, and kept most of it off for a good two years, but stress-eating habits and nursing school have piled back on a significant chunk of the 70 pounds I had lost. I don't want to stay here. I barely fit the pants I own now, and that has to change - I don't have money for new ones, and I don't want to buy them anyway.
So! Here we are.
This journal will contain occasional tips, rants, feelings and the like as I try and whip my own ass - and self esteem, and mind - into shape. I'll probably log things like excersie routines, food, and article links/article text for things that interested me and helped me out. It'll also have reminders to self and the like, so if you don't get it, just ask. I'll explain. Please feel free to post things here as well, in comments. Your tips, recipes and the like are welcome as well!
